2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by HosterME.de, a service of HostHousing GmbH, Heinrich-Baumgarte-Str. 3a, 30823 Garbsen, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the host in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Every time you visit, the server automatically records the following data in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the referring website (referrer), and the browser and operating system you use.

We need this data to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable, for example to detect attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. The log files are deleted automatically after 80 days. Entries connected to a detected attack are kept until the incident has been resolved.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set any cookies and does not store anything on your device. We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising networks or profiling. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

4. Fonts, videos and 3D model

All fonts, videos, images, the 3D model of the wax bar and all scripts are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to third-party providers such as Google Fonts, YouTube or content delivery networks.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you give us (for example your name, email address and message) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering your enquiry. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep it longer.

6. Links to other websites

This website contains plain links to other websites, for example to our shop. No data is transmitted to these sites until you click a link. Once you open another website, the privacy policy of its operator applies.
